HOLIDAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

We will allow orders made from 11/25 through 12/26 to be returned on or before 01/04/2020

IF YOU DON'T LOVE WHAT YOU BOUGHT, YOU HAVE 5 DAYS (FROM DELIVERY DATE) FOR A RETURN OR 30 DAYS FOR AN EXCHANGE.
*please note: a $5 restocking fee applies to all returns*

RETURNS: 

We want to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. Therefore, we allow returns on all full priced items. We do not do full refunds on any sale items. Sale items only qualify for exchange. All items MUST be unworn, with tags and sanitary liner intact. If merchandise does not have tags attached to garment, we will charge your account an extra 10% restocking fee.

All shipping costs on returns must be covered by customer.

 

FREE EXCHANGES: 

We offer our customers the option to exchange unworn and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date. All items MUST still have the tags attached to the garment. When sending your order, please enclose the invoice with the item(s) being exchanged. Once we receive the item, someone from our team will inspect product(s) to ensure that returned item(s) has never been worn. Once we verify the merchandise is unworn and undamaged, we will send your selected item(s) within two business days at no additional cost (Domestic orders only). 

 

SALE ITEM:

All sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit. 

It's simple, If you simply just do not like the item you purchased on sale, we allow you to exchange it for any other item or we can also give you store credit.

Sale items include, already reduced prices and sale event items which include promotional codes over 40% off. As for our annual sample sale event, all sample sale items are final sale and may not be exchanged, nor returned.

 

DEFECTS:

In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective due to manufacturing defects we will replace it at no additional charge.

We stand behind our product 100%! In the event that there is a defect in fabric or workmanship, we warrant our products for 6 months from the date of purchase. POEMA will repair or replace (with an identical or reasonably equivalent style) any product determined by POEMA to have a manufacturer's defect. This applies to Poema Swim items purchased through the Poema online store, Poema retail store or any other vendor found under our stockist page. If you have any questions regarding warranties please contact

REVIEW YOUR SELECTIONS, SUBMIT YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE THEN CHOOSE HOW YOU WANT TO SEND IT BACK:

EXCHANGE BY MAIL:

If you choose to EXCHANGE your item, simply email us at SALES@POEMASWIM.COM with your order number. 

What to include in the e-mail:

1.) Order Number

2.) Item you would like to exchange.

3.) What style/color/size item would you like in exchange.

4.) Specific date you need item by.

Once you send all of that information please allow up to 12 hours to receive a prepaid label to send your item back. When sending your order back please include packing slip and item you would like in exchange.

Your exchange will be sent out within 24 hours of when we receive your package.

If you choose to RETURN, please head over to your local post office and send it to address below.

Please note, you MUST submit a request prior to sending your return back.
