We process all orders for shipping Monday - Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays. Orders are processed the same day of purchase unless received after 12pm EST, on Sundays or holidays. Order received on those days will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of our merchandise and credit card or PayPal authorization.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested by customer at checkout. We offer different shipping options for delivery within the United States. All orders over $100 are free standard shipping 2-5 days. Date of delivery may vary depending on location of final destination. Complimentary shipping is not applicable on any order under $99 or FedEx 1Day delivery services.

Express orders placed Monday - Friday before 12:00pm EST will be processed same business days and shipped (excluding weekends and Holidays) - pending merchandise availability and credit card authorization.

International Rates

* Please note: due to covid-19 there may be delays in shipments. We are not responsible for the length of time it remains in customs as it may be longer than normal. 

All international orders are shipped via USPS and may take between 5-15 days, but can be as long as 30 days from shipment date. Free Shipping on orders $200+. If your order is below that amount, it is not eligible for free shipping.

Lost or Stolen Package

We offer shipping insurance through Route for potential shipping issues. Route shipping insurance will cover lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you choose not to use Route shipping insurance, Poema Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. 

If you did not purchase shipping insurance, please email us and we can help you contact the shipping carrier to find your package.
